ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JUNE 12, 2008

   7:00 P.M.   Called meeting to order.   Present:  Ellen Abelson,

                       Richard Gorden and Mark Mazur.

         1.   The Board reviewed and then signed an Omitted and Revised

      Assessment Report for FY2008.

    7:15 P.M.    The Board went into Executive Session.

    7:50 P.M.    The Board ended their Executive Session and returned to

                        their regular Board Meeting.

2. The Board discussed the placement of exemption and abatement

forms on the Town’s website in the Board of Assessors section.  After some discussion of the matter the Board voted to include clause 18 and 18A exemption forms and Real Property/Personal

property abatement forms.  The Board agreed to have the exemption forms placed on the website in the second week of July after we have sent out forms to last years applicants.

3. The Board discussed end of the year purchases and the

encumbrance of funds for FY2008.

4. The Board read a memo from the Assistant Collector concerning 

a property that the Town has foreclosed on.
